FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE

We're looking for a trailblazer to join the Phizz Fam! You will play a pivotal role in growing our distribution and presence in the Out of Home channel, across the UK and Ireland. You will be part of the UK team and report to the Head of Sales. 

Are you ready to join the Phizz Fam? Here's what you will do:

  • You will spend most of your time identifying new business opportunities to raise brand awareness of Phizz and grow distribution in line with your targets. 
  • You will get to know our existing customers and ensure they are set up for success. This involves identifying and implementing innovative strategies that unlocks disproportionate sales growth for Phizz.
  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining great relationships, and quickly become the go to person when our customers need help. 
  • You will be our eyes and ears which means sharing market insights and customer feedback to inform the wider business strategy.
  • You will be ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in when your teammates need an extra pair of hands!

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a commercial or sales role with a minimum of one-years’ experience
  • FMCG experience preferred but not essential
  • Results driven, confident and tenacious personality
  • Competent in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-start attitude
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Location: London, with at least half of your time out on the field.

      BIDDABLE MANAGER

      Responsibilities:

      ● Owning implementation of the global PPC, 3rd party market places such as Amazon & eBay, Facebook, and display strategies to help maximise commercial performance. The primary focus will be Google Ads and Amazon PPC initially.

      ● Manage paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis, and testing of keyword performance and ad copy.

      ● Write class leading content for marketing ads, campaigns and landing pages as well as run A/B tests to continuously improve our commercial performance.

      ● Initiate, develop, and maintain custom reporting on all digital marketing activity against company KPIs.

      ● Work with the Head Of eCom to identify, develop, and test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our existing and new products to each target group.
