When you browse the website we also automatically receive your internet protocol (IP) address.

Keeping your information

We will hold on to your information for as long as you continue to be a Phizz customer and for as long as we are required to keep it to ensure we meet our legal requirements in the countries we operate.

If you no longer wish to be a customer you can contact us via:

Disclosure of personal information

PHIZZ may disclose users personal information if we are required to do so by law, or if users violate the Terms and Conditions of Service

Consent to store and use personal information

By completing online forms on this website, users provide their consent for us to collect and store the information provided by the user, in order to assist us in completing any associated transactions. Should we ask to use information for any additional uses, such as marketing, users will be provided with opportunity to provide further consent, or refuse consent, for information to be used for these additional purposes.

In addition to data stored by PHIZZ as part of this service, our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc who provide us with the necessary e-commerce facilities to sell our products and services to our customers. Users data is stored on Shopify Inc.’s. database and through the Shopify application. This data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit or debit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers is secure.

For more insight into the payment process users may also want to read Shopify’s Terms of Service (http://www.shopify.com/legal/terms) or Privacy Statement (http://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy).
