We are also perfect for whenever you need a boost of hydration or to unlock energy. We are also used by both elite and amateur athletes to put back the important water and minerals lost in sweat. We’re great at helping you recover from late nights, long days and generally picking you back up when you’re feeling run down. We’re versatile vitamins!

One tablet of Phizz can be dropped into any quantity of water - it just depends how strong you like the flavour! We recommend 300ml of chilled water for maximum refreshment. Once dissolved, consume within 24 hours.

Our formula is carefully designed to maximise performance and minimise calories. Each tablet of Phizz contains 10 calories or fewer. Phizz contains fewer calories than other leading sport and energy drinks on the market.

Our Daily Energy contains a mix of vitamins and electrolytes for energy release supplemented with 75mg of fast and slow caffeine. The main difference from our 3-in-1 formula is we've removed Vitamins A & E and replaced them with Caffeine.

Our products contain a trace amount of sucralose, a widely used sweetener that has undergone rigorous safety testing and been certified as safe for human consumption by EU and US food standards agencies.

This residue is from our natural colourant (beetroot) and sometimes forms on the top of the liquid. We advise giving the drink a stir to mix the solution and dissolve any bits at the top.

Sugar isn’t always something to avoid. In hydration, it’s about having the right amount for the job. A little glucose works alongside sodium in your gut to help your body absorb water more effectively; think of them like two keys opening the same door. That’s why Phizz includes a small amount of glucose in the formula, with less sugar than a single grape.

The ingredients in Phizz are set at levels designed for adults. We do not recommend giving Phizz to children and suggest consulting your GP or doctor to determine if Phizz may be suitable for those under the age of 18. Please keep Phizz out of reach of young children.

Free standard delivery applies to all orders over £15.

Orders placed after 1PM U.K. time will be shipped out the following day. In the U.K., you can expect to receive your order with our standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 shipping within 2-3 days from dispatch. If you’ve selected expedited and tracked domestic delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour service, you can expect to receive your order within 24 hours of dispatch.

Unfortunately we have had to temporarily suspend international shipping due to high volumes of undelivered parcels and slow service times related to the ongoing pandemic. We are currently looking into alternative shipping carriers that can provide more reliable service for our customers. As a small business in the U.K., we love to see interest from around the world, and hope to be able to send product internationally again soon. Our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience.
