Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is Phizz Ltd.
  2. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
  3. Employees of Phizz, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  4. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
  5. To enter, complete the competition entry form via the QR code or iPad at the Phizz activation during Happy Place Festival 2026.
  6. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
  7. The competition closes at 11:59pm on 6th September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included in the prize draw.
  8. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  9. The winner will receive a year's supply of Phizz, equivalent to 19 tubes (380 tablets) – enough to enjoy one Phizz tablet every day for a year. A range of Phizz flavours will be included. Phizz reserves the right to determine the exact flavour selection and fulfilment schedule.
  10. The winner will be announced and contacted via the email address provided on 17th September 2026. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Phizz reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  11. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  12. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Phizz if they have opted in. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.
  13. Phizz reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  14. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Phizz Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and any marketing communications that entrants have consented to receive.

Host Unusual, Blyth Rise Stays - Competition Terms & Conditions

  4. Employees of Phizz Ltd, Host Unusual, Blyth Rise Stays, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  5. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
  6. To enter, complete the official competition entry form via the Phizz Happy Place activation, or through the competition links shared on Phizz email and social media channels during the promotional period.
  7. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
  8. The competition closes at 11:59pm on 6th September 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included in the prize draw.
  9. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received across all entry channels.
  10. The winner will receive:
  11. A 3-night stay in a Lake Lodge at Blyth Rise Stays.
  12. Accommodation for up to four adult guests in a two-bedroom lodge.
  13. Three complimentary sauna sessions during the stay.
  14. The prize excludes Bank Holiday weekends, is subject to availability and mutually agreed booking dates, and Blyth Rise Stays is an adults-only property.
  15. Travel to and from the property, meals, drinks, insurance, spending money and any other expenses not expressly stated are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.
  16. The winner will be selected at random and announced and contacted via the email address provided on 16th September 2026. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, Phizz reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  17. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  18. By entering, participants may choose to opt in to receive marketing communications from Phizz, Host Unusual and Blyth Rise Stays by selecting the relevant consent boxes on the entry form. Personal data will only be shared with these organisations where consent has been provided.
