How do I send someone a gift card?

Choose the value of the gift card you wish to send.

Tick the box that says ‘I want to send this as a gift’.

Add in the recipient email - please be careful not to make any mistakes to ensure their gift card gets delivered.

Add in the recipient name and your message to them.

Choose a send date (e.g. their birthday).  If you choose a date, the recipient will get an email between 4am and 10am. 

If you do not choose a date, the email will be delivered to the recipient as soon as you complete purchase.

You will get an email receipt after purchase.

Where can I redeem my gift card?

Only on our website at Phizz.co

How do I pay with my gift card?

When you get to checkout, there is a box in which you can put the gift card code outlined on your email.

How do I check my gift card balance?

Click the link at the bottom of your gift card email which says ‘view gift card balance’.   This is where you can check if you have an outstanding balance on your card.

When does my gift card expire?

Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Can I get a physical gift card?

No.  Our gift cards are digital only.
