Drop one Phizz tablet into 300ml of water, let it dissolve and enjoy.
Prefer a stronger or lighter flavour? Simply adjust the amount of water to suit you. Once mixed, drink within 24 hours.

Yes. Phizz is designed to make hydration and everyday wellbeing easy to build into your routine.
You can take it daily, but don’t exceed the recommended maximum of four tablets within 24 hours.
