As we enter March and welcome brighter evenings, it’s time to talk about our newest campaign. And kicking it off, we have our FIRST ever annual hydration report. Here’s what we found 👇


Want to hear something shocking? Research has found that while 97% understand that being hydrated is important, a third of us (32%) admit that we can go a whole day without drinking water at all! Whilst it’s great to hear the awareness around hydration is so high, it seems the impact of dehydration is being greatly underestimated. To the point that 35% of people feel dehydrated. Every. Single. Day. 

While the research (of 1000 adults) shows that we are aware of the importance of hydration, people still remain confused about how to stay hydrated and ultimately overlook it entirely. Over a third (38%) of us remain confused about how much water to drink a day, with half (52%) are also unsure on the benefits of electrolytes, with 18% not realising you can take them every day!

2. Electrolytes can help support hydration - Proper hydration requires both water and electrolytes. As well as assisting your body to absorb and retain water, electrolytes also contribute to nerve and muscle function, helping you think clearer, feel more awake and perform at your best.

3. Create a daily ritual that works for you - The research reveals a massive 70% of us wish we were drinking more water, so think about setting a daily hydration routine that works for you.

4. Hydrate faster and smarter - With drinking enough water a clear challenge for many, consider a hydration supplement.
